How do I track my order?
 

All Orders will have a Tracking Number sent to the purchaser via email

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All Purchases are Shipped via USPS

Flat Rates:

US/Domestic $10.00 - shipped within 10-15 business days.

(Domestic shipping will require an additional handling of $2.00 and transit time.)

International  $35.00 - shipped within 15-21 business days.

(International shipping will require additional handling of $5.00 & transit time.)

Pre-Order items are shipped within 7-14 days After the notated pre-order date on item Product Info.

Free Domestic Shipping on orders $300/above

What is your return policy?
 

The majority of the full price clothing treasures can be Refunded within 14 days. SEE EXCEPTION ITEMS BELOW...

Your treasures will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. Also, returned in original packaging. No Exceptions. 

All sale treasures or promotional treasures are Exchange Only. No Refunds.

All final sale treasures are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

All Swimwear treasures are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

All Shoe treasures are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

All Personal Hygiene Care (PHC) or Personal Safety Care (PSC) treasures are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.

Any treasure damaged in shipment can be replaced or exchanged for another treasure of equal or lesser value within 14 days after receiving your merchandise. No Refunds. Shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser.

How do I return an item?

 

Any Exchanges can be shipped back to XsenTriK cAcHe within 14 days after receiving your package. All exchanged treasures will need to be unworn, unused and shown no signs of intentional damage and returned in original packaging. All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser. New treasures will not be shipped out until Returned treasures are received by XsenTriK cAcHe unworn and unused.
